Final Fantasy Resonance editions and bonuses

Choose Standard for the game alone, Digital Deluxe if you want its specific digital extras, or Collector’s for the physical goods. Check whether you already own the base game before buying an upgrade or bundle.

Pre-release information; the final game may differ. Based on the September 2026 demo and cited public material. We have not played this build; its exact build number is unconfirmed.

These are purchase recommendations based on the product descriptions, not a claim that the paid extras are required. Nintendo’s listing identifies a base-game-plus-pack bundle; Steam explicitly warns that included content may also be sold separately.[1][2]

Keep the three bonus conditions separate

The Deluxe digital pack includes a chocobo appearance change, a character-specific Limit Burst unlock item and other helpful items. Those extras are different from the pre-order and early-purchase packs.[1]

Dates and regions can change the answer

The Japanese official site gives a digital pre-order cutoff of October 21, 2026 at 23:59 JST for Nintendo, PlayStation and Microsoft stores, and October 23 at 00:59 JST for Steam.[3] These are the Japanese terms. Do not transplant them into a US or UK checkout.

The Steam listing shown in English gives its early-purchase promotion until November 6, 2026 at 8:59 a.m. PT.[2] Verify the version of the listing presented to your account. A retail page that omits the bonus is not proof that it includes it; ask that retailer or choose a listing that states the offer.

When the Collector’s version makes sense

The US Square Enix Store describes physical goods including an acrylic display set, an art book, a soundtrack and a trading-card promotional item, alongside the game-related contents.[4] That purchase is easiest to justify if you want those objects, rather than expecting a better core story.

Compare shipping, local taxes, compatible platform and what is physically included. Stock is not monitored here. A package description is not a promise that the item can currently be ordered. Use the Square Enix Store listing (external site, opens a new tab) for the actual regional selection.

Before claiming an in-game bonus

Steam says relevant pack items become claimable from the postbox outside the inn in Mitra after sufficient progress.[2] First confirm the purchase entitlement, then progress to that point. If an item is still absent, retain the receipt and contact the storefront; buying another bundle is not a sensible first troubleshooting step.
